William J. Rogan, Ph.D. began his real estate career in 2002 after a long career as a classical musician and educator and has had a Florida Broker License since 2006. An entrepreneur, he has been owner-broker of Sovereign Homes and Vektor Real estate. As Managing Broker of Manatee Realty Consultants, Sovereign Lands and Estates, and Tower Realty Division, he has mentored and trained many agents. He has been a Broker Associate with several brokerages in Florida and New York, among them Coldwell Banker, Brown Harris Stevens, and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty. He is a multimillion-dollar producer, and the real estate brokerages under his supervision earned significant multimillion-dollar revenue. He is Gold Key Certified and a Graduate Realtors Institute. A US and Irish citizen, Dr. Rogan lived many years abroad, and through his multifaceted career and private interests, he established contacts with a myriad of people in social, political, and professional strata worldwide. His international connections are an invaluable source for buyers and investors. He is fluent in German.

A committed supporter of the arts and philanthropic causes, he has served on the boards of directors of several non-profit and philanthropic corporations and devotes much of his spare time to these causes as well as to his passion for music. He received undergraduate and graduate degrees in the US and his doctorate in Germany, and he has published in English and German. He is the recipient of several honorary awards, including membership in Pi Kappa Lambda and Sigma Alpha Iota professional fraternities. He served on the adjunct faculties of several Florida universities and German music schools. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the Orlando Regional Realtors Association. He is a member of several professional organizations and networking groups, on a national and international spectrum.

He is a United States Marine Corps veteran.
